We require a 50% deposit for new clients, new clients having a beauty service, colour services on busy days as well as for clients with a history of missing past appointments. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel, or postpone within 24 hours for your appointment. If you fail to show up or provide sufficient notice, unfortunately, you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If we don’t receive 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable. All returning clients who fail to turn up for an appointment will be required to pay a deposit for their next service.We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the amount of no-shows and clients waiting for an appointment with us.
Radio and Redken have a duty of care to make sure that you are protected during our colour services. The best way of ensuring that you are allergy free when it comes to hair colouring, is to visit one of our salons at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. Here you can have specific skin test done with the hair colour range that we use in our salon. Please call one of our salons to book in for a skin test or consultation which should take no longer than 5 minutes.
